Nikki Bonsai is building South India’s largest Bonsai garden.

Nikki Bonsai has some exciting news to share with you. We are coming up with South India’s largest Bonsai garden in the historical city of Padmanabhapuram, which once served as the capital of the erstwhile Travancore Kingdom. The garden is located conveniently next to the Padmanabhapuram Palace for which this small town is a much visited tourist spot. Nikki Bonsai Garden is the culmination of the lifetime passion of a dedicated Bonsai enthusiast and is probably the largest collection of bonsais by an individual in India.

Work has been going on full fledged at the site for the past few months and visitors to our website are now being given an exclusive look at the ongoing work in a progressive series of shots tracing the transformation of an unused piece of land into a beautiful bonsai garden.

The garden is expected to open to the public by mid-September 2013, and Kanyakumari district, a tourist paradise will soon have one more  addition to its ‘Must Visit Spots List’.

The Nikki Bosai Garden is right next to Padmanabhapuram Palace:
