Jyoti and Nikunj Parekh’s Visit to Nikki Bonsai Garden and Bonsai Exhibition, Trivandrum

The Parekhs, Jyoti and Nikunj are the biggest names in the Bonsai circuit in India. They have popularized the beautiful art of bonsai in India and initiated many into the serene world of bonsais. Therefore it was an honor indeed for Nikki Bonsai Garden to play host to them last month during their trip down south. They were very much impressed by their visit to the garden and this is what they had to say to D Ravindran, the man behind Nikki Bonsai.

“On behalf of our Bonsai Group, I would like to thank you for showing us your group’s bonsai and also your collection. Your hospitality, we will remember for a long time. Ravindran, you are playing an important role in the world of Bonsai in India. Keep it up and we want your cooperation in the Mysore event.”

The Parekhs also visited the Bonsai exhibition at Trivandrum, organized by the Kerala Bonsai Association, which featured exhibits of collections from both D Ravindran and members of the Kerala Bonsai Association. The couple, much renowned in both Indian and international bonsai circles were warmly welcomed by the members and greatly enjoyed their visit to the beautiful and historical city of Trivandrum and the exhibition.
